- Review in staff meetings
- Practice mock sales with employees frequently
Visual Reminders
- Post notices and reminders (by cash registers, tobacco products, break rooms,bathrooms, etc.)
- Post tobacco policy in your store where employees will see it often
- Post a copy of tobacco related laws
- Post a copy of penalties for those who sell tobacco to minors
- Use a date of birth chart or digital birth chart and refer to it when calculating
valid purchases
