The BeWise Program is a grant funded program that provides FREE cardiovascular risk screenings to women ages 50-64 that meet certain income guidelines.
Cardiovascular screenings include:
- Weight
- Height
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Blood Pressure
- Cholesterol
- Glucose (blood sugar)
- A1C (for diabetics)
Participants in the BeWise Program also receive FREE lifestyle counseling in addition to the cardiovascular screenings and regular Women's Cancer Screening Exams.

Screening appointments are offered at several locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley. For eligibility and to schedule an appointment call our office at (385) 468-3718.
