Do You Know the Truth? Breast Cancer Quiz
Utah Cancer Action Network (UCAN)
The Salt Lake Valley Health Department Women's Cancer Screening Program provides free and low cost Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Exams to women ages 40-64 who live in households with an income of up to 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
These guidelines change annually so please check with us again if your income is over the guidelines.
Appointments
Screening appointments are offered at several different locations throughout the valley. Call to find out if you are eligible.
Getting an appointment is easy, simply call our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at (801) 963-7300 and we will find the most convenient location and time for you.
