The Bureau of Water Quality and Hazardous Waste regulates public swimming pools, solid waste and processing facilities, drinking water systems and individual waste water systems. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at (385) 468-3862.

If you would like to obtain a permit for any of the facilities regulated by our bureau, please complete an application form and contact us for additional information. Swimming pools and spa pools have a second application page. Links to these forms can be found below.

The bureau also manages the collection of household hazardous waste and operates a pollution prevention program to assist businesses in reducing their waste streams.
