Worksites Policy Initiative

The Salt Lake Valley Health Department’s (SLVHD) Tobacco Prevention and Control
Program’s Worksites Policy Initiative project assesses and improves your business’s
current workplace tobacco policy and provides cessation resources- for FREE.

This project will help to lower your business’s compensation, medical, and property insurance costs. It will also help to reduce liability, protect employee health, reduce absenteeism, and increase productivity and morale at your business.

SLVHD would be happy to partner with your worksite’s wellness program to implement this project.
