Thomas L. Guinney

Thomas is a 25-year veteran of food service industry and currently operates seven restaurants and clubs in Salt Lake City. He and his two partners have built Gastronomy, Inc., into one of the most successful and well-respected food corporations in the United States. Before finding success in Salt Lake City he worked in the restaurant industry in California and the U.S. Navy. He currently holds board positions with the Utah Restaurant Association, Utah Heritage Foundation, Salt Lake Visitors and Convention Bureau, Utah Hospitality Association and Guadalupe Schools. He is past Chair of the SLVHD Board of Health and over the past three years has been involved with the Salt Lake Valley Health Department's Food Task Force.
