Cost of Vaccines

The cost of each vaccine is different, and depends on the amount SLVHD pays the manufacturer per dose of vaccine. Current immunizations fees (14 KB).
In addition to Medicaid, SLVHD accepts United Health and PEHP insurances.
Note: There is no fee for the H1N1 influenza vaccine. More information.

Vaccines for Children (VFC)

The administration fee for each VFC vaccine is $10.00 to $15.00 per dose. This amount helps us cover the cost of storage, tracking and administration.
