Vaccines and Autism

Services

The Salt Lake Valley Health Department provides and administers all required and recommended vaccines for children, adolescents, and adults at our clinics.

Vaccines for Children (VFC)

In addition to vaccines purchased by the health department and available for private pay, we have the VFC vaccines available.
VFC vaccine is available through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, at a cost of $10.00 to $15.00 per dose for those who qualify.

Foreign Travel Vaccination

Vaccines needed for foreign travel are given only at the health department's Travel Clinic, located at 2001 South State Street, Suite S2400.
Appointments are necessary, call (801) 468-2813 to schedule.
